Mango 1.4 marketplace problems not showing app PICTURES

hello after i got my 1.4 mango update the market place has been acting up
when i go look at apps in marketplace the PICTURES in the market place donot show up or refresh...alot of the marketplace tile pics have blank tiles and dont show pictures or info on them...i tried using windows phone tool to fix phone but the tool always says my phone is not connected to pc witch is wierd too

does anyone else have this issue?

Try a hard reset I guess.
Assuming you have not done a power on and off reset.
