Mango Registry Editor?

Anyone know of a hack to sideload a registry editor on mango? From what I understand .xap's that have the ability to edit your registry (Theme colors and what not) have been banned on mango. I would love to get some new theme colors.

Oh, so that's why I haven't been able to launch or sideload the Samsung Registry Editor I had! Thanks for the info.

UPDATE: Appearently you need to Interop Unlock your phone, (XDA guide here: [GUIDE] INTEROP-UNLOCK for MANGO - No revert to NoDo - No 0x81030120 (Samsung/LG) - xda-developers ) to use root tools such as registery editors.
