Mango: why are some tiles red?

Looks like this issue is limited to all the built-in apps: they are all now using red tiles. Is that how it is supposed to be? Can I change this back to the normal blue?

I discovered the update changed the theme. Doh! I put it back to blue with dark background and my eyes no longer burn!
