I'm having weird issues with an AT&T Lumia 820.. camera shots/videos being corrupted and general OS crashes. I know this isn't how it should be since i own a 920 and works flawlessly.
The thing is, i don't live in the US and the warranty is in the US, so i would have to ship it to Nokia and wait like 2 month.
Could this be something related to OS files being corrupted (when flashed to phone in factory)? i was hoping to get amber and rule that out, but at&t is delaying it too much. Flashing is not an option since i probably would loss the warranty, right?
This is an example of a picture taken by the phone (thumb is always ok but when using zoom shows the picture corrupted). it's weird, this does not happen all the time. If i use blink for burst shots, some are ok, others corrupted. And also like i said, OS crashes at least once a day, and it's not just a restart, screen gets like pixelated and it reset by it self several minutes later.
Tried storing photos on SD card, still corrupted.
Hard reset did nothing but lost all i had.
Same with soft reset/remove battery.
Any help is highly appreciated.
Thanks.
