Marketplace C101b00b and Mango

Hi, Anyone else getting a C101b00b error using Mango to download what I think is a non-mango-ized app? I am trying to get TVShow Lite on my Verizon Mango release and have been getting this blocking code for a couple of days now. Other Mango releases are working just fine thru either Zune or Marketplace on Phone, but this app I cant get by either method. I remember getting it on some other app a couple days ago, but I forget the name of that app.

Can anyone else on Mango give this a go and tell me if it is just me or something bigger?

I just tried it on my Arrive with Mango and got the same error.

It downloads fine on NoDo. (I know you asked about Mango but just saying)
(Version 2.61)

I get the same error with Mango Beta two.
