Marketplace down?

I've been trying to access the Marketplace for almost an hour now on my HTC Arrive. I'm stuck at a "Loading..." message.

Anybody else having issues accessing the Marketplace?

It is now 12pm here in NYC.

Reset the phone (turn off and on) and see if that fixes it.

Working fine for me, but I am in Chicago.
