Marketplace error

I've been having problems trying to buy two apps I want for the last 24 hours.. Anyone else getting "The marketplace is not available" error c101c400

It only happens when I try to complete the purchase.
I can get free apps just fine.

Yes, I thought I'd buy Hydro Thunder GO, but the marketplace wouldn't allow me to purchase it because of this error. I eventually got through after about thirty tries, but I was receiving the error on both the purchase and then the confirming pages. I would finally get through one and then the other would error out. I'd just keep trying. It will wear your patience, but it will work eventually.

I'm on At&t btw, if anyone is thinking it's a network issue (since Judge_Daniel is on Verizon)
