Is it possible to use Maximum level 6.7MP from Lumia 720?

How were you able to determine in another post you started that the Nokia Lumia 720 can't use the full 6.7MP sensor (as posted here) but at the same time not know whether or not the L720 is actually capable of using 6.7MP (as in your post now)?
