Media content on texts does for open on my Lumia 1520.

How can I fix this?

Do you have a working cellular data connection?
Is your MMS APN configured properly?

Yes I do have a data connection and im not sure about the mms

Do a web search for "<carrier name> MMS settings" and save the page or copy down the values.

On your phone: Settings > cellular + SIM > SIM settings > edit MMS APN > make sure the values match what you found in your search...

Out of curiosity, who is your carrier? Be sure to say if you have issues still and need to reply.

Its Virgin I'm in England.

That's rather inconvenient. I just see mine right in the text. Lumia 1520.3, US, Straight Talk AT&T compatible SIM.
