I get 0x87de2712 ... but sounds very similar ... All three apps say the same "Sorry, we could not start <app name>. If you have a disc, please insert it now. (0x87de2712)"

In the future - check out the support page at XBOX.com and you'll see if XBOX Live is having any issues. You can also check in the Network page within your XBOX One Settings menu as well.
