Meme text editor

Hi my fellow WP people. I'm looking for an app or editor that lets me add meme text easily to pictures (WP8). I used to have an image editor app that could do it but I have totally forgotten the name of it. I have tried Aviary, Fotor and Thumba but event though filled with filters and effects none of them comes with an add meme text function.

I tried that. It just puts meme faces on your pictures. Not text.
