I recently published my new application MePlus, a native Google+ client focused on simplicity, to the Windows Phone Store. Currently the app (early beta version) supports browsing a user's public Google+ feed (also, it displays info about +1s). As MePlus utilize the official Google+ API it does not support posting (currently read-only access). I plan to add browsing of post comments, browsing a particular user's public posts, and searching. Comments and suggestions are welcome.
I developed MePlus as I wanted a quick way to browse through my G+ feed on my Windows Phone. I looked at alternatives in the Store, such as gPlus; however gPlus did not work for me as it has trouble with two-factor authentication. MePlus, however, works even if the user has two-factor authentication enabled.
