Message & Email Live Tiles stopped updating

I have an ATT 920 running dev preview and all of a sudden it stopped updating the Message and Email live tiles (only those). I have done a soft reset, re-pinned them and still nothing....btw this started happening after I installed (and ran) an app from the Store (Basemark OS II Free) so if anyone has any suggestions please tell me

I'm thinking clearing your IE cache and your temporary files then a power cycle should fix it.
