Messaging app constantly crashes. Just me?

Multiple times a day I'll be composing an SMS message and the app will unexpectedly close. I don't lose any information because everything is saved as a draft, but this is still incredibly frustrating given how often it happens. I thought this would be resolved with the .107 official rollout, but it still happens with the same frequency as it did on .29. Is this a known issue?

What is your device? On my 950, the app would crash occasionally as I send a message, but not while I am typing a message.

I'm on a 950 as well.

I considered that I might have been accidentally hitting one of the soft keys (back or start), but it's the same virtual keyboard as in WhatsApp, which never has the problem.

After your Messaging app "closes", press and hold the back button to see if it's in the background, if it's not, then it had crashed.

This is something I do occasionally, when I type crazily fast, I hit the home button.
