Messaging app not working

Running W10M Build: 14295

for some reason the build-in messaging app is not working as in not opening at all, am i the only one? or is this happening to more people?

PLS HELP!

EDIT: I have tried restarting and checking for updates

It happens off and on to me. It will just open to a blank screen. Or if I hit send, it will grey everything out and take thirty seconds for it to be sent.
