Messed up caller ID and history on build 10572, how can I fix it?

Messed up caller ID and history on build 10572

Hi.
Got 2 friends with similar phone numbers, whenever friend A(07*54126060) is calling me his number appears but identity of friend B(0048*03126060) is being loaded to the screen and calling history.

Looks like windows 10 is only checking last 6 digits from phone number.
My build is 10572, it happened earlier on 10549 as well. Running it on Lumia 930.

If it happened with an earlier build too, then I don't think it's the OS's issue. My suggestion would be to simply delete and re-add the contacts...
