messenger problem

Im having trouble with my messenger after portico update.it always showing no one is online even if my friends are in online. any one can help for this?

I've noticed the same thing since mid afternoon today. I've tried restarting, but no go...

I've had a twitter convo with ms support and they recommended deleting and readding the account on outlook.com and on the phone. I haven't done it yet though.

Yeah, I don't understand. I think a simple "we are aware and will have the issue fixed by X date" would work but instead that assume we are all idiots. I explained more than once that this is a GLOBAL problem.

Hi,
I am experiencing some issues with the default messaging system of the mobile when the other is "on mobile" (apple) and send me texts I can't see them at all but when he login at pc and sends me text them I have no problem.

Cool, grew up in the NW Ohio area, now in Columbus. Toledo has taken some hard hits economically over the last 10 years.
