Metro Mail Headaches

I have an issue with Metro Mail, first SSL won't work with my email account, which is a personal email account, alternative recommendations I'm open to. Second when I try to send an email message, Metro Mail crashes, unfortunately I don't know how to take screen shots of error message on Windows Phone, if you know, I'd love to know !
