Mic and speakers not working

Out of nowhere my Lumia 720 mic and speaker are not working..it works with headphones only.. I've already tried resetting..cant call or receive plz help

If resetting the device does not help, then it is probably a hardware not a software problem. I would suggest contacting Nokia Care and getting the device repaired or replaced under warranty.

Out of desperation I tried picking the headphone hole with needle and it work for sometime till I plug the headphone again..i think the phone is always in the headset mode even after unplugging..nokia care is last resort I cannot be without my ph for a week or two then I can't do any work

Facing Similar issue. The Speakers seem dead. Can't hear anything on the speakers when I play music, there is an incoming call, I put an answered call on speaker, key press, message alerts. Nothing at all. I tried the reset (low volume button + power button) but it didn't help.
@freebirdmanjil Did you try Nokia Care and what was their response/resolution.

I have a Lumia 1320 and the mic stopped working completely, it worked again for a couple of days and now it is completely useless!!!!!
