Microphone issue on Lumia 810

So I discovered a major flaw with my really, really good Nokia Lumia 810...no one can hear me when I call them:-( If I put the call on speakerphone it works. I have scourged the threads and have performed a hard reset but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Do not know if eBay buyer will take the phone back....grrr...

Hopefully the Lumia 822 supposed to arrive on Wednesday works better. My other Lumia just sold today so, its fun playing musical chairs with the multiple Lumias!

Seems like you have a broken microphone because you got it from ebay you cant send it back unless they have that 14 days return policy. If it was a recent purchase email them and see if they will let you return the device to them and give you a refund.

However you can take it to Nokia Care and they will take a look at it.
