Microsd card caanot be found in my Lumia 820

Hi I have a problem with my new 64GB SanDisk Ultra microSDXC UHS-I card for my Lumia 820.

The problem is it cannot be found in the phone. I have read some different threads but I cannot find the solution.

Can it be that I have to change it into another format - if yes, which one?
The card works at the computer and I have placed some files from my old phone at it.

I would be very grateful if you could help me! Thank you

When mine was not recognized by the phone, I had to reformat from the computer then put it back in phone. Then it worked. Mine wasn't recognized when I had issues moving music over. But all has been fine since. I think I have same card as you but would have to go back to my order to confirm.

Perfect! I just re-formatted at the computer (no other settings) and it worked right away. Thanks alot

Glad it worked! As a heads up, there are a few quirks with SD cards until they update the OS it seems. But they are pretty well documented here if you have any more issues.

Yeah I have seen other threads with similar problems but I just couldn't find the right solution..
