She's not my client per se, but she is my wife and she is working on her Ph.d and a couple medical manuscripts. She is really sensitive about her information and I can't have another disenchanted phone call from her because she cannot access her email. Not happening. I've been using DUO for a few days and in a day or so, should I NOT run into anything odd, I'll set her up. It has to work, first time, every time. I think you want that too. I'll update the thread with her experience with DUO.BOY, another nail hit squarely on the head....my concern EXACTLY! and it ALWAYS happens the very moment that every important client is needing something "immediately!"
