microsoft band 2 stuck on "getting things ready".

Was not getting messages or phone notifications. Did a reset and now it is stuck on "getting things ready". Won't turn off

That happened to mine once, you need to do a hard reset on the Band and go back through setup. You can do this by holding down both buttons until it vibrates and it should go back into setup mode.
