Microsoft Band not synching properly with MFP Health Calorie Adjustment

Hi,

I live in Holland and I have ordered the band from the UK. The band is not reporting correct calories burned to MFP.
See the health calorie adjustment only reporting 32 calories burned



While the health app reports that i have burned 2567



Does anyone else have the same issue? Does anybody know how to solve this?

It's a known issue that MFP and Microsoft are 'working on it' - according to an email I received (re the same issues as you) I received about two weeks ago.

My band synced with Windows Phone app seems to show roughly the right amount of calories I have burnt, but instead of adding them it takes them away - meaning basically MFP thinks I have been doing nothing all day! I just delete the Band adjustment from MFP the day after it adds it.

I don't have this specific problem, but the MFP integration is gimpy and poorly functioning on a good day.
