Microsoft Band Weather Not Syncing Anymore?

Weather tile worked great initially. When I travelled to Utah over the holidays, it updated to the location as expected, however since then it has been stuck on Utah weather. I have been back in SoCal for almost a month and my Band still shows Utah weather. I have tried turning the Weather tile off and on. Forced syncing via the App. I am using an iPhone 6 Plus.
