My email does not display correctly, suddenly a few months ago multiple folders appeared and my emails seem to be going into various folders and not always the inbox, I have 3 accounts on the Microsoft edge should I change this, once is a gmail and one a sky mail accounts. I was going to do a reset which will take away things I need to save, so want to avoid if possible. Im not that techie either.
