Microsoft Health not tracking steps!

When I had MSN health, it would track my steps, no issues. Now that it's Microsoft health, it will not track steps. I have even turned location settings on, and still nothing. The live tile keeps showing 0. I've put my 1520 in one pocket and my 6s plus in the other, and the iPhone has no issue tracking steps. You guys seeing this problem?

Check in Settings > Extras > Lumia motion data... Is Places visited on? Does it report any Apps using collected data?

Heath App > Hamburger (≡) > My Phone... Is Motion settings enabled?

Same issue on my 735. Won't track steps. Runtastic Pro can keep track of my walks (using GPS), but doesn't seem to do steps either.

Motion data is on, and Health is an app using that data. I've heard I may need to update motion data, but there is no update pending. Idk what's up, but it's Microsoft software, should have known they would mess it up!

Uninstall/Reinstall Health?

Or

If you never did a Reset after upgrade, make a backup and try your Reset.

I have a 1520 on Official W10M and a 640 on Insider Release Ring. Both are tracking steps just fine in Health. Note that both phones were Reset after Upgrade.

I did a reinstall, still nothing. Figured I would do a factory reset on my 950 when I got it, just to try. I've seen some people on the forums saying that Heaulth is a wonky app, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

I'm sort of upset that it doesn't do session tracking for Walk/Run like Health and Fitness did. IMHO, they should add that back. I know I've upvoted it in Feedback.
