Microsoft has just announced that a new PC build is finally rolling out to Windows 10 technical preview users on the fast ring today.
Clocking in at build number 10041, the new release brings a number of new features and changes that we've seen in leaks leading up to this release, as well as fixes for some issues experienced in build 9926.
