I have an odd situation where I can't join ANY wifi networks. Or perhaps more accurate, I can join them but have the error of No Internet Access

I have the same issue, that is similar one. There are certain wifi networks that i use (my cousin's, and the one in our school) where i get that 'No internet Access' but i can still surf the web. This is not happening always, i'm not getting that with my home's wifi network. This doesn't bug me at all, that is as long as i can use those networks, and i believe MS will fix this when the offical WM10 release comes out. I assume you are on the Preview?

I had the same problem, but is solved on build 10.0.10586.29
