Microsoft Lumia 550 Bugs & Defects

Hello. I have this problem on my phone and I don't know what to do. Sometimes when I unlock my phone the home screen is all black and it says "Resuming". I let it sit for 10 minutes with internet on and it didn't fix it then i restarted and it worked for some time, but after a little period of time it start showing "Resuming" again. Does anybody know what to do because I'm new to Windows mobile.

I had this issue a couple of times recently. I used to take the battery out.
Not happened again since the last battery removal couple of weeks ago.

Is the MSN News app working for anyone on 550?

My wife's and mine stopped about two weeks ago. No amount of uninstalling and reinstalling has any effect.
A full phone reset has been suggested.

I would say download windows internal and I had the same problem with my Lumia 550 and I used this application to fix that bug
