Microsoft Lumia 950 XL RM-1116 overheating

How to manage Microsoft mobile overheating, my mobile is Microsoft Lumia 950 XL RM-1116 every time overheated and also when plug in charger immediately my mobile is on, why these two things happen in my mobile? And how to solve this?

Both the 950/XL get warm from charging and updating or in heavy use. Your be ok. It's normal for phones to get warm. and there no way to resolve it. Unless you don't want it to get warm don't use a battery and just keep it plug in with no battery only way it won't get warm from use

The 950XL does run hot. It is supposed to. In addition, the company put in a quasi liquid cooling system.

FWIW, I've not had an issue with the device overheating. It runs hotter than any other phone I've had but never failed.
