Is the OneDrive only way to back up your data?

Backup your data is an open question.
Phone data, documents, music, videos and pictures is best done by connecting to a PC and copying all over to the PC.
Phone backup does not include any of this.
Phone backup is phone settings, start screen and app list and the only way to do this is phone backup to onedrive and the onlu way this restore is after a phone reset or recovery tool
