Microsoft Office apps Excel, PowerPoint, Word crash on start

On my Lumia 950 running the latest fast ring insider build 10.0.15215.0 Microsoft Office apps Excel (17.8215.10002.0), PowerPoint (17.8215.10002.0), Word (17.8215.10002.0) crash immediately after starting them. The start page with the app's icon briefly shows, then returns back to home screen.

Is there some way to install the "last known good version" of an app?

Same problem on my 950xl.

Office apps Excel, Word, PowerPoint were just updated on my phone to version 17.8222.10002.0 and now all the apps work again.
