I have a licensed copy of Tubecast Pro and when after I install it, I don't get unlimited casts as when my phone ran 8.1. It wants to charge me again. I sent a tweet to the devs but nothing back from them yet. Anyone else having this issue?

This is to be expected. It is beta/preview software and I recall Microsoft stating somewhere that in-app purchases do not always transfer across. It will of course be sorted for release.

I would recommend reinstalling the app to see if it fixes the issue or if that fails go back to Windows Phone 8.1 if the casting feature is very important to you.

There are still problems with the database on the Windows 10 Store where it won't show something as already owned. This is on Microsoft's end, and it is up to them to get it fixed before 10 goes live for that device, as in getting info fixed for phone purchases before Windows 10 for Mobile goes live, and getting fixed for PCs when that OS version goes live, and I suppose another one for Xbox.

This is supposed to be a known issue.
