Hey there,

I was at the Microsoft Store in Tyson's Corner today and noticed something odd. They have a section showcasing wireless charging for the Lumia line. These devices have no alarm devices on them, meaning anybody could just take one and waltz out. I picked up a Lumia Icon and was walking around the store for a bit playing around with it, extremely confused and worried for the store's sake. Am I correct in saying this is a huge oversight and error in judgment by their management? Or is there some alarm system built-in to the actual device?

Not sure, there might have been a small security tag on there that you missed or something like that.

Almost sure there are cameras all over the place+WP's have find my phone LOL

Probably a way of making customers feel at home in the store.
If theft was a real problem I'm sure everything would be chained down which isn't very inviting for the honest customers.
