Microsoft Store UK Pricematch

So Microsoft Store Uk promised to pricematch on the 950XL but when I rang up to action the partial refund (effectively making the cost of the phone, the same as on Amazon) I was told that they don't price match.

Just wondering if anyone else has had any luck in getting a pricematch from Microsoft Store UK?

I reckon I'll send this one back for a full refund and just wait a bit longer for one from Amazon :eck:

Go to the online MS store and go to 'chat'.

Ask an online assistant to do a pricematch. I did it Friday as soon as mine was delivered and they processed with no questions asked. They pricematched buymobiles at ?446.99 so i will receive an ?83 refund. Ask for that, not amazon, save even more!

Had the email from MS this morning confirming the refund. Good luck!

Try them again, phone the following number 0800 026 0329 and select the billing and refunds option. They DO price match as I got the same deal as bells0 this afternoon in that I got an ?84 refund that has been paid to my PayPal account in 2 separate payments.

Told me that they specifically weren't allowed to price match 3rd parties :-(
