I can't download any app from store, also can't update any app. I am using Lumia 535, and my OS vision is 10586.29

I think you mean the Windows Store, which is where you download apps and games.

Try a soft reset. That generally fixes store problems. In order to do a soft reset, simply hold down the power button and the volume down button until the phone vibrates.
