Microsoft Surface Book-will they even make a case like the speck?

I know there is a thread about whether there already is a case like this and no one seems to have been able to find one as of 10/29/16.
It's already January and there is still doesn't seem to be one. Does anyone know if they even plan to have one made? I really want a hard case to protect it-especially when it is detached.
