Microsoft is going the route of Steam with digital refunds:
14 days from purchase with 2 hours or less of gameplay
This does not apply to Season Passes, Addons, etc... Just straight games on their own (which is fair).
I think this is a great direction. A lot of talk online about it. Not sure how many people would take advantage of it, I know I have on a few Steam games.. But with Xbox I only ever get digital games that I know I'll be interested in playing.
What does everyone else think about this?
