Microsoft want to charge me because my 920 was hacked . . . . . . .Please read on

By reading all this, I don't really understand what the problem is.

Is it just that you cannot login to your Ms account from the phone? Everything else works? Why needed anyone remote access to the PC?
If you are logged in and the account was "hacked", just change your password... What kind of "hack" is that???

Can you connect to the internet overall from the phone? Deactivate mobile internet and only use wifi to make sure that your wifi really works on the phone..,

Very strange things...
 
I am confused...what is the problem? It seems the problem started from phone..then yo your pc?

I would contact MSFT again and get another opinion. Also..try to get someone from security team involved. Security related support is always free. That is their global policy.
