Our computer came with windows 10 we upgraded to windows 11 when that became available. Everything was going good with updates till this last one .Our computer crashed trying to install this. We had to go back to a reset point prior to get it working again . At this point it looks like our computer cannot handle anymore updates without crashing . Worked with Microsoft they shut off the update .We will have to find a new computer over the next month or so but at least we have an operational one for now.
