Mics worked in video recording until latest firmware update .

My mics have always worked with video recording for nearly 2 years . Updated to windows 10 on the slow ring . No problems . Had a firmware update using production and now I have no video recording sound . Its not hardware its software issue on my 930 .

I just went to the Fast Ring and its downloading something , will see what happens .

Hardware reset without backup. Try that.

The problem was that the sound recording was not working . I noticed that while recording the sound level button was in the ringer level mode (0-10). I changed the video resolution to a different level and that changed the sound level to the (0-30) level mode . When I changed the resolution back to the one I wanted the level was in (0-30) mode and I can record sound now .
