Migrate settings from old 620 to new 620?

I tried the walk through from Microsoft but my new 620 wont connect to my MS account during set up, is there a way to do this after the set up?

If you skip adding an MS account, you can add one after setup later by going to Settings > email+accounts

I have done that but my settings didn't migrate.

Did you have it restore from a backup? Otherwise the settings are back at default.
