It's a decent phone at a great price... I'd buy it if it was not locked to T-Mo. In just a few days my in-laws will be bundled onto my wife's and my Cricket and they will be getting 635's. Their first ever smart phones...

worldspy99, will T-Mobile not unlock the phone for you to sell? I thought they would be required to if it was paid-in-full and the IMEI/ESN was clean. Talk to T-Mobile, and see if they will unlock. If they will, perhaps RumoredNow will buy it.

I have to use it for a few days for them to unlock it. My 3rd line SIM card has been loaned out to a friend. Once I get the SIM card back next week I can ask T-Mobile to unlock it. But I might have already used up my 2 unlocks per year per line already....we shall see...

You don't need a SIM to unlock it with. Just enter ##7820# in the dialpad, and it will bring up the unlock screen without needing a SIM.

T-Mobile requires usage of device on their network before they will provide an unlock code.

Bummer. AT&T doesn't. If it's never been activated, you can automatically get an unlock code for prepaid phones. Usually same day. Ah, well. Sorry about that.
