"missed call" notice since update

Since the update last week I now have a missed call notification that will not go away. My phone is always telling me I have 1 missed call. When I go to phone and look there is no missed call shown and the notification goes away. The second I leave the phone app the notification comes back. Anybody else have this issue or know how to make it go away?

My FB Messenger app does the same thing. Cannot get rid of the "1" on the live tile.

Get someone to phone you but don't answer, creating another missed call, see if this nudges the old notification away. ;-)

Last night an update for the phone app appeared. Notification was still there after the update but then after a reboot the notification is gone.

My notification for FB stays. I have uninstalled (the app) and that initial notification goes away, but then the next one I get starts the cycle again.
