Missing alerts with W10

I upgraded to W10 this afternoon and now my texts message notifications are hit and miss. Sometimes my phone rings, sometimes I look at the lock screen and see I have messages. And the messages aren't coming thru to my Band 2. Suggestions?

SMS is flaky at times and my Band doesn't work either. This is in 242. In 218 the Band was working. Perhaps in the next update both will.
