Missing contacts on outlook.com

[Windows Central Question]

All my contacts disappeared and then partially reappeared. I believe this is in releation to outlook.com upgrade.

However, not all contacts have reappeared, about 50% are still missing.

Also images for contacts are also gone!

What is going on, any ideas?

Interestingly enough, all my contact images vanished as well as Favorites were unassigned. I suspect it has something to do with the migration of my account to the new Outlook website.
