Missing Gadgets app - doesn't work even sideloaded

Could it be any replacement for Microsoft Gadgets since even side loaded it struggles to function properly?
Is it intended to work or not, by design, on all WM10 devices?
I am preparing myself to develop something if nothing will be in works from MS/HP.
Have you found any replacement to coupe treasure tags with your HP Elite X3? They can be connected now, but pretty much useless now...
So pity that even Android phones can use them, but not HP Elite X3! :unhappysweat:

Otherwise built-in Bluetooth manager is empty and pointless like hell...

Have this problem. Alcatel also has this bug. What it needs it's to be able to restart the device to finish installing but it can't.
