Missing live tile images and horrible scrolling experience since the GDR1 update.

Ever since the GDR1 update my live tiles go missing for few seconds every time I turn on the screen or turn ON/OFF the wifi. See attached screenshot where the Groupon tile is missing the live tile image and the Utilities folder is missing some apps. If i try to scroll up during this period, the page scrolls some pixels and stops for 2-3 seconds and will continue to scroll up.

Has anyone noticed this issue since the update ?

Yes, I have observed same behaviour in my Lumia 620 with WP8.1 + GRD1 DP. ME Tile and some tiles won't appear for few seconds. Even in App list, some apps won't have icons for few seconds.

it happens with me sometimes, i have lumia 820 WP8.1 + GRD1 DP, it seems to be delay of responding!
even more it blocked and completly restarting

Me too, you can use storage cleaner for delete unnecessary cache in phone

​i just deleted my temp files. will keep an eye out.
