Why are some apps like this impossible to find with the Store search engine?

Why are some apps like this impossible to find with the Store search engine?

Because they're system settings apps and they're different. I don't know why they're excluded from search results.

I found this by going to Bing and using

windows phone store "motion data"

As my search terms. The top result (excluding ads) was a direct link to the app in the windows phone store. You can install the app remotely, or send the url to the phone in an email and install from the link on your phone.

Bit of a shame this app isn't included in the SysApp Pusher list.
